Interesting to read that you indicate pasta as a food to improve a healthy gut microbiom. Can you mention your sources so I could try to follow your thoughts which are somehow against what I knew until now to pasta and it's effect on the gut microbiom?

This is more of a general understanding that starch based foods including potatoes, sweet potatoes and grains that are used to make pasta are beneficial food for the gut microbiome. It is true that grains are processed into flour in order to make pasta, which will have less fiber than the whole grain. Still, this will contribute to a beneficial gut mircobiome.
